All prescription therapies require a medical evaluation. A licensed provider decides whether a treatment is appropriate for you. Not everyone is a candidate.

What your fee covers, and what it doesn't
Made Ya Skinny offers two different payment paths. The cash-pay all-inclusive plan includes the program services, scheduled labs, and medication described below. Insurance-supported managed care is for patients whose own insurance may cover their medication and laboratory charges.
Cash-pay all-inclusive plan — paid upfront:
- Year 1: $4,299 paid in full before care begins.
- Current verified Made Ya Skinny patients: $3,299 for year 1 after the $1,000 patient discount. Ask for your unique one-time promo code. Made Ya Skinny patient status must be verified before the code is issued.
- Year 2 and after: $3,299 paid in full at each annual renewal.
- Medication may be prescribed and fulfilled in up to 90-day intervals when medically appropriate. The 90-day prescription schedule does not change the annual payment schedule.
Insurance-supported managed care:
- Year 1: $2,999 paid in full before care begins.
- Year 2: $179 charged monthly.
- Year 3 and after: $167 charged monthly.
- This fee covers Made Ya Skinny's clinical management. Your pharmacy and laboratory bill you or your insurance separately.
Included in the cash-pay all-inclusive plan:
- Year-one provider visits: baseline, 8 to 12 weeks, 6 months, and 12 months.
- Unlimited secure messaging with your care team.
- All prescribing, refills and dose changes, and the pharmacy ordering that goes with them.
- Your medication, up to a $110-a-month allowance: estradiol, Bi-Est, micronized progesterone, testosterone as a cream or an injection, DHEA, pregnenolone, thyroid (desiccated or T4/T3), anastrozole, and enclomiphene, whichever your provider prescribes.
- Overnight shipping on 90-day fills.
- Scheduled laboratory draws: four in year 1, two in year 2, and one per year beginning in year 3.
The $110 allowance is set so a standard plan fits inside it. If your provider's plan costs more than that at the pharmacy, you pay the difference at our cost plus 20 percent, and we tell you the exact amount before anything is dispensed.
Under the cash-pay all-inclusive plan, the scheduled laboratory draws are included. Under insurance-supported managed care, your provider prepares the laboratory order and the laboratory bills you or your insurance separately.
Not included:
- Kyzatrex, the oral testosterone capsule.
- hCG.
- Research peptides are not FDA-approved drugs and are not part of this program.
- Pellets. We do not offer pellet therapy at all.
- Any lab outside your scheduled panel, including DUTCH testing.
- Saliva or urine hormone tests. We do not offer them. The Menopause Society calls them unreliable.
Not sure whether something is covered? Ask before you pay. You can also ask for a written estimate at any time; your right to one is spelled out just below.
Your right to a written cost estimate
You have the right to know what your care will cost before you start. If you are paying us directly instead of billing insurance, you can ask for a written estimate of your expected charges at any time, and we will send it to you within 3 business days. If you schedule something with us, you get one without asking: within 1 business day when the appointment is 3 to 9 business days away, and within 3 business days when it is 10 or more business days away.
Scheduled laboratory draws are included in the cash-pay all-inclusive plan. Under insurance-supported managed care, the laboratory bills you or your insurance separately. Made Ya Skinny cannot promise insurance payment, and you can ask the laboratory for its own estimate before your draw.
If your final bill from us is $400 or more above the estimate we gave you, you can dispute it through a federal process. Ask us and we will tell you how.
